Exercise was a life changer for me. As a teenager I was overweight and out of shape, but somewhere along the line during my athletic career exercising became a passion, something I loved to do and felt like I couldn’t live without. Now I have the best job in the world. Everyday I give others a glimpse of what I love and help make a difference in their lives. Nothing seems quite as rewarding as knowing you are helping someone make a change for the better and seeing their life change.
As a personal trainer my goal is to help people see how beneficial exercise is that exercise is not always torture and that it can be something they enjoy. It is something that can be fun, interesting and challenging at many different levels. You can laugh, sweat and burn all at the same time. With exercise nothing is impossible. Whatever goals you set for yourself you can accomplish. The only thing standing in the way of a healthier you is YOU!!
I will challenge you, push you, work with you, and encourage you to the limits all I ask in return is that you reach deep down within your CORE to give me your BEST effort. I look forward to building relationships with each and everyone one of you and helping you accomplish your goals.
