Courtney has a passion for learning about exercise and nutrition and has always been a very physically active person.  She played fast pitch softball on both high school and select teams, and was voted most inspirational player and team captain.  Courtney loves to motivate people and knows from her past personal experience that encouragement helped her to succeed in her own physical activities.

Courtney is looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you as individuals and what your personal goals are.
