You are required to bring a yoga mat, small hand weights (3-5 lbs) and a bottle of water to every class.  OR if you would like, we can provide your fitness materials for you.  (Let us know when you register.)  You can also purchase yoga mats and weights through us.  This way you can take components of Core Boot Camp home with you.  Way to challenge yourself!!
