Both our 4-week Total Body Conditioning Boot Camp and our 4-week Stroller Boot Camps focus on your overall fitness, improving strength, conditioning, agility and balance. These full body workouts concentrate on strengthening your core (abs and lower back).

Morning Boot Camps run Monday thru Friday early, really early and mid-morning. You can choose between a 5 days-a-week boot camp or a 3 days-a-week boot camp. Camps meet at Redmond Ridge Park or at Marymoor Park.
Evening Boot Camps run 4-days-a week - Monday thru Thursday at 6:30 pm at Redmond Ridge Park.
Also, for more flexibility, check out our Punch Pass. Have travel coming up for work or play - but you really want to do Boot Camp? This is for you!! Punch Passes are valid from 7 weeks from the start of each session.
