If you are interested in participating in boot camps, but don’t know what to expect.  Here is your chance to try it out and see if you like it.  We will be holding boot camp open houses on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9th at the following times and locations:

    Redmond Ridge Park

    5:45 am, 6:45 am & 10:00 am

    Marymoor Park

    10:00 am - Stroller Boot Camp

    11:00 am

Be dressed for working out.  Make sure to bring lots of water with you.
